Modular assembled dust collector with large air volume
Flat bag filter dust collector
1. Modular design and building block assembly are adopted, and the floor space is much smaller than that of the traditional round bag filter.
2. The entrance of the dust collector is placed on the top of the machine, forming a unique submerged flow design to enhance the dust removal efficiency.
3. When changing the dust bag, it only needs to operate in the clean air room without entering the dust room to ensure safety.
4. Each dust collector unit can be operated independently, and when one of them needs maintenance, it will not affect the operation of other units.
5. Envelope structure, length not more than 1500mm, to maintain the best back blowing performance, this design to enhance the effect of back blowing cleaning.
6. Flat bag edge joint adopts seamless three-dimensional manufacturing technology to ensure the sealing of the filter bag.
7. The flat cloth bag fully fits the design of the bracket, and is tightly fixed on the bracket to ensure complete sealing. The plug-in metal support structure can be locked after installation; The close fitting metal support structure ensures that the wear between the support and the filter material will not occur.
8. According to the needs of users, the material can be Q235 steel or sus stainless steel.
9. Intelligent control: PLC control touch screen display can be selected for electrical control, automatic frequency conversion of motor with the number of air opening, on-line monitoring of differential pressure, off-line ash cleaning, on-line monitoring of compressed air, remote monitoring of parallel networking and other functions.

1. Most of our dust collector are modular design, block assembly, so we will arrange our installation team to help you overseas, the flight air ticket, accommodation and labor cost should be on customer side.
2. If you have dust collector installation experience, there is no need to spend such cost, just as per our operation & installation manual, if you have any questions, you can ask our team by wechat, facebook or whatsapp, we can do video service.

A:The price is based on your request technical data, such as the air volume, application, configuration etc, different model has different price, so if you need the price, please send me your detail technical data or photos.

A: We accept most of the payment methods,but mainly accept T/T,L/C,Western Union etc.
Q:How long is the warranty time for your products?
A: Our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best.
Q:What's the delivery time of your company?
A:Honest speaking, they depends on the quantity and the difficult of your order.As you know , but mostly ,the shipment time is 4 weeks after deposit for 380v/50hz/3phase fan, if special electic, the delivery time is within 6-8 weeks after deosit.
