1. Spark catcher, as the name suggests, is a device that catches sparks and extinguishes them.
2. Laser cutting, robot continuous welding, metal cutting, grinding produce a lot of flying sparks.
3. When a large number of continuous splashing sparks are generated, they directly enter the dust collector along with the exhaust pipe of the dust collector.
4. When the filter material is installed in the dust collector, a large number of sparks are encountered on the surface, which often cause fire accidents.
5. Even if the flame retardant filter material is used, a large number of sparks will scald the surface of the filter material, causing filtration failure and powder leakage.
6. Filter material is the heart of dust collector. Once it fails and leaks powder, it will be scrapped and need to be replaced with new filter material, causing serious economic losses.
7. Pipe type spark catcher, originated from European and American technology, is a directional development to make up for the safety defect that the old air duct layout can not extinguish Mars in the process of air induction.
8. There are generally two kinds of spark catchers, the baffled spark catcher and the swirling spark catcher.
Principle and process
1. Connect the power supply and compressed air, press the switch button, the induced draft fan starts, and the dust collector starts to work.
2. The spark dust from electric welding and metal cutting and grinding enters into the exhaust pipe under the power of induced draft fan.
3. The corrugated spark catcher is equipped with labyrinth baffles inside. The spark dust is extinguished after hitting the baffles for many times and falls into the bottom ash bin.
4. Swirling flow type pipeline spark catcher is equipped with swirling flow plate inside, which makes the incoming spark rapidly produce air flow vortex, which is extinguished by repeated impact and falls into the bottom ash bin.
5. According to the actual needs, one level spark catcher or multi-level spark catcher can be used in series, and can be used with the installation of pipeline fire valve and Mars detector.

1. Most of our dust collector are modular design, block assembly, so we will arrange our installation team to help you overseas, the flight air ticket, accommodation and labor cost should be on customer side.
2. If you have dust collector installation experience, there is no need to spend such cost, just as per our operation & installation manual, if you have any questions, you can ask our team by wechat, facebook or whatsapp, we can do video service.

Q:How long is the warranty time for your products?
A: Our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best.
Q:What's the delivery time of your company?
A:Honest speaking, they depends on the quantity and the difficult of your order.As you know , but mostly ,the shipment time is 4 weeks after deposit for 380v/50hz/3phase fan, if special electic, the delivery time is within 6-8 weeks after deosit.
