Product Description
The special dust remover for laser cutting machine is also a kind of filter cartridge dust remover. It is a directional product developed to solve the problem of a large number of sparks and dust generated by laser cutting machine in the current market. At present, the model has 6 kinds of standard specifications, integrating spark catcher, dust collector, fan, electric control cabinet and ash discharge device, plug and play. Laser cutting machine with its own cutting platform at the bottom of the factory will have a diameter of 200-300mm exhaust outlet. Before leaving the factory, the bottom air inlet of the dust collector will reserve three kinds of standard flange interfaces of 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm. The special dust collector for laser cutting produced by our company is an integrated machine. After receiving the goods, it is transported and placed next to the laser cutting machine. With plastic pipes with steel wires or other hard iron pipes, the air outlet at the bottom of the cutting platform can be connected in series with the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector. When the power supply is connected into the electric control cabinet of the precipitator, the unit can be started up and operated. Detailed operation instruction manual is provided with the machine, which is convenient and fast.
Principle and process of dust removal
1. Press the switch button, the dust collector starts to work, and the induced draft fan starts.
2. The laser cutting dust splashed by sparks enters the air inlet of dust collector under the power of induced draft fan.
3. Through the air inlet, the spark dust first enters into the spark catcher. Its labyrinth structure principle makes the spark automatically extinguish after repeated collisions, and finally falls into the ash hopper.
4. After entering the surface of the filter cartridge, due to the sudden expansion of the cross section of the air flow and the effect of the air distribution plate, the wind speed drops sharply, and a part of the coarse particles in the air flow collide with each other under the action of wind force and inertia force, and naturally settle to the bottom ash hopper; The dust particles with fine particle size and small density are intercepted by depositing on the outer surface of the filter material through the combined effects of diffusion and screening.
5. The clean gas penetrates through the filter material and is discharged from the inner wall of the filter cartridge and enters the clean room.
6. The air in the clean room is extracted by the fan and directly discharged into the workshop without chimney.
7. The resistance of the filter element increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust accumulation layer on the surface of the filter material.
8. Injection control mode can be divided into pressure difference control, time sequence control and manual control. The pointer type differential pressure instrument can monitor the differential pressure of the filter cartridge in real time, which is intuitive and readable. The pulse controller will automatically open and close the valve, open the compressed air injection for soot cleaning.
9. At this time, the pulse power supply is switched on instantaneously, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air with a pressure of more than 4kg is introduced into the surrounding air instantaneously as the sufficient air source for the secondary amplification, and then injected into the filter cartridge with high pressure. Under the action of high-pressure pulse airflow, the dust attached on the outer surface of the filter cartridge is swept away and falls into the dust collecting box of the dust hopper at the bottom of the dust collector.
10. After ash cleaning, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the resistance becomes smaller after the dust on the outer surface of the filter material is removed, the filter material is regenerated, and the dust interception function is restored again. When the resistance rises, the automatic circulation of ash cleaning and regeneration work again.

1. I don't know what kind of dust remover is equipped with?
A: there is an air outlet at the bottom of the cutting platform, which is standard when the laser cutting machine leaves the factory. You just need to measure the diameter of the pipe, and then tell us, through calculation, you can know how much air is needed for the dust collector. Dust removal effect is good or bad, generally corresponding to the platform reserved exhaust port to select the dust collector.
